While Ninja Monkey classes focus on the fundamentals and safely moving through space, Mighty Ninja class starts to challenge kids with more complicated free-running skills, real acrobatics, rolling over obstacles and grip strength swings on bars, ropes, and obstacle courses.

All the stuff you see in the movies! Each Master Ninja class is going to vary based on the strengths of the Ninjas, the equipment available in the gym you train, and the dedication of the kids, but one this thing is for sure Check out our Ninja Night, the first Friday of every month! This is an hour long event focus on rolling.

Prestige nights held monthly. Please call us or register for open gym and training classes through Mindbody. We are limiting the number of participants to 20 per session. This applies to members and non-members. All sessions will be limited to 1 hour, followed by a 30 minute break. This will allow staff to sanitize obstacles in between sessions and prevent overlapping of guests, decreasing exposure to other people.

Everyone is required to check in at the front desk upon arrival. Enter using the main door on the north side of the building.

All guests must answer a brief questionnaire and we will go over the new rules that everyone will be required to follow. To control the traffic and amount of people in the gym at one time, there will not be open gym offered during training classes. To prevent the spread of germs, we are not offering a community chalk pale. Alcohol-based liquid chalk is for sale at the front desk or you can bring your own. We have multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the gym.
