My speed hasn't changed, I'm going from 6 mbps to 6 mbps. I guess I will just use the equipment that they sent me and upgrade the router if I have any speed problems. I think they will sell Uverse to locations that don't actually have the fiber run yet and still package the TV through satellite with voice and data running through copper plant.
